Lourdés began her musical career from an early age at Princeton High School, a soprano within the school’s Women’s Choir, performing at Smith College, Westminster Choir College, and the Princeton University Chapel during her four years of study.

Her music career in New York then developed into its own unique form, as she began performing as a downtown cabaret comedian. Most notably under her belt was her weekly comedy cabaret showcase at Alan Cumming’s cabaret bar, Club Cumming. She performed her first hour long solo cabaret solo show in 2019, debuting at The Duplex Cabaret Theatre and soon afterwards put up her show at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.

In 2024, her career took on a more mature tone as she began a more refined course of study as part of Hunter College’s Music B.A. program with a focus on operatic voice. She is a student of operatic soprano Karen Nimereala, who has studied with famed tenor Franco Corelli and is an alumni of the Juilliard School.

Lourdés hopes to continue broadening her studies as she brings the highest values of operatic art to a modern audience.
