Lourdés is a trained theatre and film actor, having played a variety of complex heroines on stage such as Maria in Twelfth Night, Rain in Thread Hell, has participated in various staged readings, and most recently has directed herself in self produced shorts. She has trained at The Lee Strasberg Institute, Adult Film + Theatre, Hunter College, and The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. Her cabaret chanteuse experience grants her an extensive understanding of the art of stage presence; being one who is capable of holding her own whether for a solo show, or as part of an ensemble.
