Lourdés is a trained theatre and film actor, having played a variety of complex heroines on stage such as Maria in Twelfth Night, Rain in Thread Hell, and Clytemnestra in Electra. She has trained at The Lee Strasberg Institute, Adult Film + Theatre, Hunter College, and The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. Her cabaret chanteuse experience grants her an extensive understanding of the art of stage presence; being one who is capable of holding her own whether for a solo show, or as part of an ensemble.
